How I got here
Education was the beginning. Understanding people became the heart of my work.
My career began in education, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Childhood Education and worked as a teacher before pursuing my graduate degree in School Counseling.
For the past nine years, I’ve worked as a school counselor across multiple age levels, giving me a unique perspective on how ADHD and executive functioning challenges can look—and change—throughout different stages of life.
I’ve seen what can happen when someone finally receives support that works with their brain instead of against it.
Over the years, I found myself especially drawn to supporting neurodivergent individuals. I’ve seen firsthand how ADHD can impact so much more than attention. Organization, motivation, time management, emotional regulation, routines, relationships, school, work, and even confidence can all be affected.
Through my work, I’ve helped individuals and families develop practical strategies, implement accommodations, strengthen executive functioning and social skills, navigate school challenges, access resources, and create routines that actually work in everyday life.
This is where I can help
Support that feels practical, personalized, and achievable.
If you’re exhausted by daily battles and unsure what to try next, we’ll find strategies that support your family.
If expectations feel hard to keep up with, we’ll strengthen skills, confidence, and self-understanding.
What guides me
My goal isn’t to change who you are.
It’s to help you better understand how your brain works, identify your strengths, and develop tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.
Let’s shift from surviving to thriving.
I’ve got you.
